Purpose of the Position
The Administrative Intern will provide structured administrative support to the Corporate Services department, assisting with coordination, compliance tracking, and internal reporting processes. The role is designed to improve operational efficiency, ensure timely follow-ups, and strengthen governance across all departments.
Minimum Requirements
•Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or currently studying)
•No prior experience required (internship level), but administrative exposure will be advantageous
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•Basic understanding of administrative and governance processes
Core Responsibilities
Administrative Coordination
•Support cross-departmental follow-ups on action items and deliverables
•Track progress on tasks and escalate delays where necessary
•Assist in coordinating activities between Corporate Services and various departments
Compliance and Monitoring
•Assist in monitoring departmental compliance with internal policies and procedures
•Track submission of reports, documentation, and deadlines
•Maintain oversight of outstanding items and ensure timely resolution
Reporting and Documentation
•Maintain accurate and structured record-keeping and filing systems
•Assist in compiling reports and administrative documentation
•Ensure proper version control and document management practices
Meeting and Communication Support
•Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics
•Take minutes and track action items arising from meetings
•Support internal communication to ensure clarity and alignment across departments
Audit and Review Support
•Provide administrative assistance during audits, internal reviews, and strategy sessions
•Prepare and organize required documentation for review processes
