FLEET ADMINISTRATOR INTERN

Job title: Fleet Administrator Intern
Location: Port Shepstone
Duration: 1 Year
Purpose of the Position
To assist the running of the operations office that deals with a vehicle full maintenance lease project.
Minimum requirements
•Grade 12 (Matric)
•Grade 12/Matric
•Fleet Management Diploma/ Degree or Transport and Logistics Management Diploma/Degree
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Driver’s licence code 8
1. Core responsibilities
• Capturing project and vehicle data and integrating into the fleet management system.
• Recordkeeping
• Vehicle maintenance transactions
• Assist in scheduling vehicle services
• Maintenance reports
• Communicating with stakeholders
2. Personal attributes & skills requirements:
•Good communication skills (written & verbal), attention to details and good interpersonal relations.
•Ability to meet deadlines.
•Analytical and Administrative.
•The ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work overtime, when required.
•Good planning and organizational skills.
