Yellow Plant Intern

LOCATION : Johannesburg
DURATION : 12 Months

Purpose of the Position
The Contract Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring effective coordination, accuracy and compliance within the Waste and Yellow Plant Department. This role involves ensuring correct data is captured for the customer for invoicing and Invoices are generated and delivered on time to the customer, not limited to oversee operational cost, turnover and profitability. With growing contract volumes and increased operational demands, this role ensures timely execution of contractual obligations, proper documentation management ensure support to the Contract Manager and operational teams. Demonstrate commitment to quality, takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and ensures that deadlines are met.

Minimum Requirements
•Grade 12/Matric
•Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Fleet Management, Logistics or related Field.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Organizational and time management skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong administration, coordination, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities
Contract Administration & Documentation Control:
•Ensure accurate and timely processing, filing, and tracking of all contract-related documents
•Preparing reports and documentation related to contracts.
•Support compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, and internal policies

Operational Support:
•Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager and Waste & Yellow Plant Department
•Assist with project execution tasks, contract reporting, and performance monitoring
•Ensure Timesheet are captured correctly on Fleet System

Customer & Supplier Engagement:
•Generate Purchase order requisition, sales order and invoices using Sage Intacct
•Support the resolution of escalations and follow up on outstanding issues
•Ensure service providers adhere to contractual obligations and SLAs

Reporting & Performance Tracking:
•Generate weekly and monthly reports on contract performance Revenue VS Expenses
•Track outstanding invoices Workflow Debtors Management)
•Provide accurate data for audits, reviews, and management reporting
